On Thursday 5 November there is a lunch time lecture at University College, Lodon entitled 'The power of Lagerlöf' by Professor Dr Helena Forsas-Scott (UCL Scandinavian Studies). This lecture will focus on Swedish author Selma Lagerlöf (1858-1940), author of The Wonderful Adventures of Nils and the first woman to win the Nobel Prize for Literature.
